Randhawa's Hall of shame

Donation for a website and it’s design are requested where all this information be loaded to keep aware the Sikhs worldwide.

Pity the nation that has to silence its writers for speaking their minds. Pity the nation that needs to jail those who ask for justice, while communal killers, mass murderers, corporate scamsters, looters, rapists, and those who prey on the poorest of the poor, roam free."

Arundhati Roy.

Family tree of Monster Nehru family

This Gangadhar Nehru is known as Gangu who was a chef in kitchen of Guru Gobind singh ji. When the two younger sons got separated from Guru ji along with their grand mother. By chance they met this Gangadhar who took them to his house in Khairi village- Morinda (Punjab).

But when he saw the gold coins with the old mother in the night, he tried to steal them, when he was stealing the gold coins, he was caught by old lady Mata Guzri ji. She said Gangu, there was no need to steal this money, if you are in a need, you could beg it. At this he got irritated and next day informed the Mogul governor of the area.

Both the children and their grandmother were arrested and brought to Fatehgarh sahib where the younger children of guru aged seven and nine were bricked alive and their grand mother too left her body to heavenly abode in meditation.
This Nehru family belongs to that traitor family of Gangadhar Brahmin. Just see the family tree above.

                                     Jawaharlal Nehru
" The Sikhs are a lawless people and a menace to the law abiding Hindus ... The [Government] should take strict measures against them." (Pandit Nehru, Indian Prime Minister, on Sikhs)
Unfulfilled Promises and Sikhs in New India;
Prior to independence, Indian leaders had made numerous promises to the Sikhs such as setting up a state in the north part of the country where Sikhs would enjoy freedom. Three major promises were made to the Sikh nation, which were systematically broken.
1) First promise was that Congress will not pass any resolution that did not please the Sikhs.
"...in future, the Congress shall accept no constitution which does not meet with the satisfaction of the Sikhs" (The Lahore session of the Congress Party. December 31, 1929 cited in Sikh Politics, K.L. Tuteja, Pg. 168)
Furthermore, Article 25 was added in the constitution specifically stating that Sikhism was a sect of Hinduism. No Sikh approved the constitution but regardless it was adopted by the Indian government.
"I ask you to accept my word and the Resolution of the Congress that it will not betray a single individual much less a community. If it ever thinks of doing so, it would only hasten to its own doom. I pray you to unbosom yourself of all doubts and apprehensions. Let God be the witness of the bond that binds me and the Congress with you (the Sikhs). I venture to suggest that the non-violence creed of the congress is the surest guarantee of good faith, and our Sikh friends have no reason to fear that it would betray them. For the moment it does so, the congress would not only thereby seal its own doom but that of the country too. (M. K. Gandhi, Communal Unity, pg. 165-167)
The congress assures Sikhs that no solution in any future constitution will be acceptable to the congress that does not give them full satisfaction. (Indian constitution documents, Vol. 11, By A. C. Banerjee)
2) Second promise was made to setup a state in the north where Sikhs would have the right to self-determination.
The main purpose of creating linguistic states is that the culture, language and script of minority of the linguistic area shall be protected. (Resolution passed by Congress in Calcultta, 1937)
Redistribution of provincial boundaries is essential and inevitable. I stand for same autonomous unit as well. If Sikh desire to function as such a unit, I should like them to have a same autonomous in the province so that they may have a sense of freedom. (Jawaharlal Nehru, 1945)
"...the brave Sikhs of Punjab are entitled to special considerations. I see nothing wrong in an area set up in the North of India wherein, the Sikhs can also experience the glow of freedom." (Jawahar Lal Nehru, Lahore Bulletin, January 9, 1930)
Indian leaders not only backed out on this promise but regarded this demand as a threat to the unity of the country.
The congress found itself in a dilemma, to concede to Akali demand would mean abandoning a position to which it was firmly committed and letting down its Hindu supporters in the Punjabi Suba. The merits were no consideration, as the policy of the Congress, as enunciated in 1949 by Jawahar Lal, Vallabh Bhai and Patta Bhai Sitaramayyia had been not to concede reorganization of North India whatever the merit of such a proposal might be. (My Truth, Indira Gandhi, 117)
I can afford civil war in the country but not Punjabi State. (Jawaharlal Nehru)
We are aware that Sikhs have suffered greatly before and after 1947 but we have come to the conclusion that granting them any special rights such as an autonomous area is not reasonable. (Sikh Politics of 20th Century, Ajmer Singh, Pg. 144)
Creating a Punjabi linguistic state meant prospering of the Sikh nation which no Indian leader let alone a Hindu approved of.
3) The third promise was made to provide security and safeguarding minorities.
Adequate safeguards would be provided for monitories ---- it was a declaration, a pledge and an understanding before the world, a contract with millions of Indians, and therefore, in the nature of an oath, which we must keep. (Framing of Indian Constitution, B. Shiva Rao, Pg 181)
In the divided Indian Punjab, special constitutional measures are imperative to meet the aspirations and rights of the Sikhs. (Legislative Assembly, 1947)
This promise was forgotten just like the above two. Instead, statements were released to make India a Hindu country where minorities will have to either live as second class citizens or merge themselves in the Hindu majority.
According to Mahaveer Tyagi, “We do not believe in kicking the minority groups out of the country. Instead, our desire is to change their religion and convert them all to Hinduism.” (Sikhs in History, Sangat Singh, Pg. 249)
I do not like the word “minority” (Aeengar)
When Pakistan was created at the time of partition it became crystal clear that there remained only one community (Hindus) in India. (Vallabh Bhai Patel)
When the British left, no promise was kept by the Indian leaders.
The Sikhs felt that since they had made more sacrifices for independence than other communities and had suffered a great deal during partition, the Congress would consider their demands sincerely and grant them special rights as promised by the Indian leaders. But, the Congress acted the opposite, ignored all the promises and turned against the Sikhs……Sikhs were insulted by the media and opposed by the Hindu community. Hindus started discriminating against Sikhs and abandoned Punjabi. (Tale of Blue Turban, Giani Laal Singh, 100)

                             Indira Gandhi
Indira Nehru d/o Jawaharlal Nehru was born on 19 November 1917 – 31 October 1984) was the third Prime Minister of the Republic of India for three consecutive terms from 1966 to 1977 and for a fourth term from 1980 until her assassination in 1984, a total of fifteen years. India's only female prime minister to date, she remains the world's longest serving female Prime Minister as of 2011. She was also the only Indian Prime Minister to have declared an emergency in order to 'rule by decree' and the only Indian Prime Minister to have been imprisoned. She gained the common name “Gandhi” by her marriage to Feroze Gandhi and embraced Islam. She was not permitted to enter in famous Hindu temple in Jagannath puri just due to this reason. (See the family tree above).

In June 1984, under Gandhi's order, the Indian army forcefully entered the Golden Temple, the most sacred Sikh Gurdwara, to remove armed insurgents present inside the temple. She was assassinated on 31 October 1984 in retaliation for this operation.
I don't give a damn if the Golden Temple and whole of Amritsar are destroyed, I want Bhindranwale dead." (Indira Gandhi, Indian Prime Minister, communicating with Gen. Vaidya during "Operation Blue Star")
If Sant Jarnail Singh ji is alleged of misusing the holiest Shrine, On the contrary was the army not misused by Govt. of India? On what pretext and which law permits the use of Tanks to crush its own citizens? Whether they were demanding a separate nation or not, but they were certainly not involved in anti-national activities. Even if it had been the issue, GOI could allow the security forces to control the rebellions and to arrest them as Sant Jarnail Singh Ji was never booked/wanted in any charges of anti national activity in any state of India. Not even a single FIR is there to prove him anti-national.
Indira was known for her closeness with his personal yoga guru Dhirendra Brahmchari, who not only helped her in taking certain decisions but also executed certain top level political tasks on her behalf, especially during the emergency.
In July 1982, Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale's Sikh group occupied the Golden Temple. In response, on 6 June 1984, during one of the holiest Sikh holidays, enacting Operation Blue Star, the Indian army opened fire, killing a disputed number of Sikhs along with supporters of Bhindranwale. The State of Punjab was closed to international media, Sikh devotees, human rights organizations, and other groups during the period. On 31 October 1984, two of Gandhi's Sikh bodyguards, Satwant Singh and Beant Singh, assassinated her with their service weapons in the garden of the Prime Minister's residence at 1 Safdarjung Road, New Delhi as she was walking past a wicket gate guarded by Satwant and Beant. She was to be interviewed by the British actor Peter Ustinov, who was filming a documentary for Irish television. According to information immediately following the incident, Beant Singh shot her three times using his side-arm, and Satwant Singh fired 30 rounds using a Sten submachine gun. Beant Singh and Satwant Singh dropped their weapons and surrendered. Afterwards they were taken away by other guards into a closed room where Beant Singh was shot dead While Satwant Singh was arrested at the site of assassination, Kehar Singh was later arrested for conspiracy in the assassination. Both were sentenced to death and hanged in Tihar jail in Delhi. Kehar Singh was hanged on charges of conspiracy - the only person in India who was sent to gallows on conspiracy charges but actually Rajiv's govt was furious of him as he took Beant Singh to Gurdwara Bangla Sahib where he got baptized , had Amrit and became a Khalsa. This was his crime that he inspired a Sikh to become Khalsa.
Indira Gandhi died on her way to the hospital, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, where doctors operated on her. Official accounts at the time stated as many as 19 entry and exit wounds and some reports stated 16 bullets were extracted from her body. She was cremated on 3 November near Raj Ghat. Her funeral was televised live on domestic and international stations including the BBC.
                Rajiv Gandhi
Rajiv was born in Mumbai, (20 August 1944 – 21 May 1991) was the sixth Prime Minister of India, serving from October 1984 to December 1989.
Commenting on the anti-Sikh riots in the national capital Delhi, Rajiv Gandhi said, "When a giant tree falls, the earth below shakes"; a statement for which he was widely criticised. Many Congress politicians were accused of orchestrating the violence.
There are many accusations of human rights violations by police officials as well as by the militants during this period. It is alleged that even as the situation in Punjab came under control, the Indian government was offering arms and training to the LTTE rebels fighting the government of Sri Lanka.
Gandhi's finance minister, V. P. Singh, uncovered compromising details about government and political corruption, to the consternation of Congress leaders. Transferred to the Defence ministry, Singh uncovered what became known as the Bofors scandal, involving tens of millions of dollars - concerned alleged payoffs by the Swedish Bofors arms company through Italian businessman and Gandhi family associate Ottavio Quattrocchi,
Rajiv Gandhi's last public meeting was at Sriperumbudur on 21 May 1991, in a village approximately 30 miles from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, where he was assassinated while campaigning for the Sriperumbudur Lok Sabha Congress candidate. The assassination was carried out by the  (LTTE) suicide bomber Thenmozhi Rajaratnam also known as Gayatri and Dhanu.

We consider him the MOST DISGUSTING PERSONALITY OF THE MILLENNIUM due to his double role in his real life. http://amitabhbacchan1984.blogspot.com/

                               P V Narsimharao
He held (1980-89) several cabinet posts between 1980-89 under Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi , including foreign affairs minister and the defence minister. After Rajiv Gandhi's assassination in 1991, Rao was chosen to lead the Congress party, and when Congress won the elections that year, Rao became Prime Minister. In 1996, a corruption scandal rocked the government. When general elections were held in May, Rao and Congress were badly defeated, and he lost the prime ministership. He retained leadership of the Congress party until late 1996. In Sept., 2000, Rao was convicted of conspiring to buy votes in parliament prior to a 1993 no-confidence vote; he was sentenced to three years in prison.
He was the Home minister of India in 1984. When Indira Gandhi was assassinated by his Sikh body guards, to avenge with Sikhs and to eliminate them, the large scale massacres were organized under his supervision. He did not allow Army to stop violence. The army units which were called from nearby Meerut were stopped at Ghaziabad when reports received that there are Sikh soldiers in these units. He was suitably rewarded by his boss Rajiv Gandhi, s/o Indira Gandhi who was sworn in as next Prime Minister.
After Indira Gandhi's death in 1985, Rajiv Gandhi became the Prime Minister. Rajiv Gandhi had moved Rao to the ministries of education and human resources development in 1985, and brought him back to the external affairs portfolio in 1987.

"He Hid Like A Rat"

An Interview by AJMER SINGH

Padmakar Gavai was the Lt. Governor of Delhi during the anti-Sikh pogroms of 1984. The following is the text of an interview he gave to journalist Ajmer Singh of Tehelka in 2005.
Did you ask Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi about the need to deploy the army?
Yes, I did. Why the hell did I go to him - to impress upon this only. After that the only thing we could do was to approach the Home Ministry under which the police really works.
What was the Prime Minster's reaction when you asked him to deploy the army?
What do I tell you now about my meet with Rajiv? Jagdish Tytler and Dharam Dass Shastri were sitting there. He told me there was a delay in summoning the army. I told him I don't want to argue with you, you are grieving. But I know what the outcome will be.
Does that mean some people ganged up against you?
All these people, Tytler, Shastri, ganged up against me. They had poisoned Rajiv's ears about my handling of the situation. What force does a Lieutenant Governor have? Tytler couldn't tolerate that a dalit had become a Lieutenant Governor. I was told 'Gavai, this man is working against you'.
Who do you think is responsible for this?
In a broad way I am trying to share my feelings with you. Home Minister chuhe ki tarah chhupey rahe. Mujhe hidayat di, log phans gayen hain aap zara madad kariye, mere dost hain. Par uske siwaye koi madad nahin. Yeh kya batana chahte hain? Yeh sab chor log, bole saale ko scapegoat banao na (The Home Minister [Narsimha Rao] hid like a rat. He asked me to help his friends. The others did not matter. These rogues have made me a scapegoat).
Was Narasimha Rao hiding like a rat?
Yes, out of sheer fear. He was hiding like a rat. [A close confidant of both Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi, he later became Prime Minister.]
 Who else was responsible?
Jamwal. Yes, he refused to meet the Police Commissioner [S.C. Tandon]. He wanted to meet me. But, I told him not to waste time and act immediately. These are the two people who should have met. I had asked Tandon about deploying the army. When I complained about the army to Gen. Vaidya [Chief of Army Staff], he said casually that these things take time. [Major General J.S. Jamwal was Commanding Officer of the Delhi area in 1984.]
You had earlier talked about a meeting.
This meeting was convened by Dr. P.C. Alexander [Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister]. A lot of time was wasted. In the meeting also, I told them about deploying the army. Everyone agreed with me.
But Alexander has denied such a meeting.
Yes, I know. But he presided over the meeting. The Home Minister was also there. I was asked to go on leave. In exchange, I was offered the chairmanship of UPSC [Union Public Service Commission]. I told him in such circumstances a Lieutenant Governor does not go on leave but resigns. It is a matter of shame. What was Alexander doing? Just writing letters. I was left all alone.
You have talked about Home Minister Narasimha Rao's role. What about the Prime Minister's role?
They showed to the world that was everything under control. But, the Lieutenant Governor was asked to take care of everything.
Did the Prime Minister leave everything on you?
Rajiv's advisors were party to this. A lot of time was wasted.

                         Hari Krishan Lal Bhagat

Minister of state (Information and Broadcasting). On November 5, reported to have intervened to get miscreants released who were held in Shahdara Thana. (Doshi kaun" and in English "Who is guilty")[http://guiltyof1984.blogspot.com/]

Kamal Nath is the current Indian Union Cabinet Minister of Road Transport and Highways. He was indicted by the Nanavati Commission on allegations that he was involved in the 1984 anti-Sikh massacre in Delhi. Eye witnesses placed Nath as the leader of the mob which burnt down  Gurdwara Rakab Ganj and two Sikh youths alive in Delhi.
Till date Kamal Nath has not been punished but in fact rewarded by the Indian Government with Promotions.
As no action is taken against these perpetrators in India, the Sikhs settled abroad in US, Sikhs for Justice and NGO, filed a case against Kamal Nath in USA. The Court accepted the case and issued summons to him. Since than he did not go to USA. Please see the copy of summon issued to him;

                            Bhajan Lal

Bhajan Lal was the chief minister of the Haryana state twice, his first term from June 28, 1979 to July 5, 1985, and his second term from July 23, 1991 to May 11, 1996.

Third class politican who made hayrana a state of AAYA RAM GAYA RAM... always Anti Jat and also anti Haryana. It was Bhajanlal who encouraged corruption in Haryana. His son converted to ISLAM and another one is ditched by his own party MLAs.
He had become adept in engineering defections and had even successfully transformed his entire Janata Party government into a Congress one after Indira Gandhi returned to power in 1980.
Former Union home minister and senior Congress leader Buta Singh has alleged that then chief minister Bhajan Lal was responsible for not only the alleged massacre of around 60 Sikhs in Hond-Chhilar village of Rewari district in November '84 but also for the cover-up, as the incident remained unreported till a couple of days ago. In fact, he also accused  Bhajan Lal for adding, "Bitterness between the then Congress ruled Union government and the Sikhs, as the latter were humiliated by the Haryana police on National Highway during 1982 Delhi Asiad Games."
Dusht Bhajan Lal and Sant Ji’s orders
Bhajan Lal had committed so many gross human rights violations on the Sikhs living in Haryana. During the Asian Games of Novemeber 1982 which were being held in New Delhi Bhajan Lal ordered that all Sikhs should be interrogated prior to entering Delhi, to ascertain if they were terrorists or not. They were treated very badly, they were rigorously searched and questioned, to the extent that Ex-Cabinet Minister Swaran Singh, Retd. Air Chief Marshal Arjan Singh, Retd. General Arora were even interrogated. Sikhs were given a strong message that they are 3rd class citizens and that they are unwanted residents of India. This disrespectful, unwarranted treatment was not criticised by state or central government, the press or intellectuals did not question this disgraceful treatment. No Sikh Congress Minister resigned in protest. Only one conclusion could be drawn from these events, Sikhs are an oppressed minority in India.
In addition to this Bhajan Lal also killed many Sikh youth during this time in fake encounters. To humiliate the Sikhs in his state he also ordered police and other officials to catch Sikhs and shave their beards on one side of their face. Dusht Bhajan Lala had a hand in attacking various Gurudwara Sahibs in the state of Haryana.
Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale told Bhai Surinder Singh Sodhi to go and deliver justice to this enemy of the Panth. Sant Ji told Bhai Surinder Singh Sodhi Ji that he was only to kill Dusht Bhajan Lal if he could get away. Bhai Sahib immediately started to prepare for this mission. He dressed up as a naval officer and took a train to Haryana State.
From here Bhai Surinder Singh Sodhi then arranged a meeting with Bhajan Lal. Bhajan Lal at this time had very tight security surrounding him, but Bhai Sahib managed to get past all these obstacles. Bhai Sahib eventually met Dusht Bhajan Lal and both of them were sat down drinking tea. Even in the room Dusht Bhajan Lal was in, there were many security personal.
Bhai Sahib wanted to cut this Dusht’s head off there and then, he didn’t care for the consequences of getting caught or getting shaheed, all he cared about was the Panth. However Bhai Sahib was bound to Sant Ji’s hukam in that he must not kill Dusht Bhajan Lal if he could not get away. http://www.sikhfreedom.com/sodhi.html
As a result Bhai Sahib wasn’t able to kill this Dusht, such was his disciple as a Saint Soldier and such was his respect for Sant Ji.

                    Jagdish Tytler

Jagdish Tytler was the Indian Union Minister of State for Overseas Indian Affairs, a position he resigned from after an official commission of inquiry noted the 'balance of probability' indicated he was responsible for inciting and leading murderous mobs against the Sikh community in Delhi during the 1984 Anti-Sikh Pograms.
The official report of the Nanavati Commission of the Government of India found 'credible evidence' against Tytler, saying he 'very probably' had a hand in organizing the attacks. The Indian government, however, decided not to prosecute Jagdish Tytler due to lack of concrete evidence.
The Nanavati Commission report was 185 pages long. The commission submitted its final report in February 2004 detailing accusations and evidence against senior members of the Delhi wing of the then ruling Congress Party, including Jagdish Tytler, later a Cabinet Minister, MP Sajjan Kumar and late minister H.K.L. Bhagat. They were accused of instigating mobs to avenge the assassination of Indira Gandhi by killing Sikhs in their constituencies. On August 10, 2005, Jagdish Tytler was forced to resign from the Union Council of Ministers.

Views of our Sikh Prime Minister on Jagdish Tytler and other Congressmen responsible for Sikh genocide of 1984.

India's Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) closed all cases against Jagdish Tytler in November 2007 for his alleged criminal conspiracy to engineer attacks against Sikhs in the aftermath of Indira Gandhi’s assassination on October 31, 1984. CBI submitted a report to the Delhi court which stated that no evidence or witness was found to corroborate the allegations against Tytler of leading murderous mobs during 1984.
It was also alleged in the court that then member of the Indian Parliament Jagdish Tytler was complaining to his supporters about relatively "small" number of sikhs killed in his parliamentary constituency Delhi Sadar, which in his opinion had undermined his position in the ruling Indian National Congress party of India.

Julio Francis Ribeiro, (born May 1929) is a former Indian police officer who is best remembered for his role in instigating false encountered killings upon thousands of Sikh Youths in Punjab. (source- http://www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php/Julio_Francis_Ribeiro)
He is famous for his phrase “Bullet for Bullet”. Actually it is his policy that he adopted in Punjab to save the state from militancy.
Ribeiro also served as India's ambassador to Romania in 1992-1993.Now he is involved in social work. He is presently living in Mumbai, India.

Sikh militant attack and sufferings

In the morning of Oct 3 1986, Sikh militants in police uniforms drove into the headquarters of Punjab Armed Police in the city of Jalandhar, and attacked director general of Punjab police Mr Riberio with automatic weapons. Mr. Riberio survived but his wife received a bullet injury and his bodyguard died in the attack[1]. Mr Riberio only received a minor injury in his forearm because of a bullet graze.[2] Four other police and paramilitary officers also received wounds.[3][4] Even though dozens of police officers were present inside the headquarters but all six attackers escaped in a waiting truck.[5] Khalistan Commando Force later took responsibility of this attack[6].
Former police officer and Khalistan Commando Force chief General Labh Singh led the assassination attempt. [7][8]. Later 13 people including Wassan Singh Zaffarwal, Punjab Armed Police constable Dalwinder Singh and Baba Gurbachan Singh were charged in this case. Eight of them were later arrested and 5 were declared proclaimed offenders. [9]. General Labh Singh later died in an alleged police encounter[10][11]. Police constable Balwinder Singh was first arrested in this case, then dismissed him from service and later in march 1993, police murdered him in a staged police encounter. His dead body was not handed over to his family and police cremated it by itself. Police also kept his family including his aged parents in their illegal detention for 11 months untill he was killed, during this illegal detention, his family was tortured and was used for minial jobs including cooking, cleaning etc.[12]. Another Punjab Armed Police Constable Sardool Singh spent 3 years in jail untill court released him on bail. In December 1992, police re-arrested him and his wife. His wife was forced to stay for one night at Senior Superintendent of Police Ajit Singh Sandhu's house in addition to her 18 days of police confinement in different police stations. Police tortured and finally murdered Sardool Singh in a staged encounter on December 26th 1992 and his body was also not handed over to his family for cremation.[13] Later in 2004, when Khalistan movement diminished, Wassan Singh Zaffarwal was acquitted of charges in the absence of conspiracy proofs against him.[14][15]
                        General Arun Sridhar Vaidya
General Arun Sridhar Vaidya assumed charge of the Indian army, as the 13th chief of the army staff in 31 July 1983. In 1984 General Arun Sridhar Vaidya was the main brain behind operation bluestar. It was the contentious military attack against the militants of Khalistan movement. The general described it as “most difficult and painful” decision of his carrier. He took retirement on 31st January 1986 after completing his 40 years service in army.
He was responsible for killing the pilgrims in Golden temple as army planned the attack on Martyrs day of fifth guru. Sikh devotees had gathered there in Gurudwara but army did not warn and allowed them to come out but those pilgrims were used as shield cover to army personals. Thousands of innocent devotees were thus killed in cross firing. Army is alleged to kill thousands of Sikhs in other parts of Punjab also. It attacked on 43 Gurudwaras on that day, it’s only motto was to eliminate Sikhs and suppress the remaining.
He was gunned down in Pune on 10th August 1986 by two brave Sikhs Bhai Sukhdev Singh and Harjinder Singh Jinda in vengeance for the Indian army’s attack on Golden temple.
                      General Kuldip Singh Brar
In a video, General Brar lies to nation and says that they recovered the weapons dumped by Sikh Militants in a well behind Sri Akal Takhat in 1984. May I ask him whether the army under his command declared seize fire so that the Sikh youths may dump their weapons in well (which they needed most to fight with army) and then army be able to kill those disarmed Sikhs?
He further says that he had issued orders to not to fire in the direction of Sri Harmandar Sahib (Golden Temple) whereas the eye witness says that there were 22 men inside Harmandar Sahib on 5th & 6th June as they could not go out due to heavy firing. One Sikh was died inside and 21 surrendered to army, the army searched whole of Harmandar Sahib but could not find any sign of shooting from Harmanda Sahib. There were many bullet marks on walls and one bullet pierced the holy Guru Granth Sahib which is still preserved and can be viewed.
On 6th morning, Brar himself was interrogating these 21 Sikhs and wanted to know whereabouts of Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala though he was declared dead by army. When he was forced to show the body of Sant ji, he could not show to anyone so his all statements are bundle of lies. We have the recorded voice of the LIVE witness and ready to challenge him on any national TV.

                                       Mohammed Izhar Alam

Who is Mohammed Izhar Alam and why is this causing such a storm within the Sikh Diaspora and Sikhs in India particularly Punjab.

His name first came to prominence back in February 1986 when during a peaceful protest by Sikh Students in Nakodar, Jallandhar, without provocation 5 were shot dead, Mohamaed Izhar Alam was SSP (Senior Superintendent of Police) at the time of that area, the bodies of the dead were all burnt with petrol by the Police under his command without knowledge of the victims families and the ashes were never given back to the relatives of the deceased. The Chief Minister at the time and many MLA’s knowing what had happened did little to give justice to the families.

It was while he served within Punjab Police, that the extrajudicial killings of Sikhs in Punjab was at its peak, many local, national and International human right groups found and publicised many cases of Sikhs being victims of extrajudicial killings/false encounters.

For the people of Punjab Mohamamed Izhar Almams name is infamous, it was common knowledge that police disguised as militants would not only infiltrate militant groups and eliminate them from within but also the harassment and killings of sometimes whole families would be carried out by them (Punjab Police).

The truth finally came out, but to people of Punjab it was no surprise. A recent “expose” by Wikileaks mentions the existence of “Alam Sena”. (army of Momhamed Izhar Alam)

The communication, referred as “cable”, sent by New Delhi based US Embassy on December 19, 2005; released by Wikileaks, mentions the existence of “Alam Sena”. This “cables” is in response to certain issues and specific questions relating to the extradition of a Sikh male from US to India. In response to question posed by “Department” asked for “post’s” assistance in reviewing the assertions contained in Barapind’s submission that – (b) one of the policemen allegedly responsible for Barapind’s torture in 1988 has been promoted to the senior ranks of the Punjab police force, it is mentioned in the cable that:

“With regard to former Senior Superintendent Punjab Police (Jalandhar) Mohammad Izhar Alam, we can confirm that he now holds the position of Additional Director General (Administration) Punjab Police, a senior police posting. During the insurgency, he assembled a large, personal paramilitary force of approximately 150 men known as the “Black Cats” or “Alam Sena” (”Alam’s Army”) that included cashiered police officers and rehabilitated Sikh terrorists. The group had reach throughout the Punjab and is alleged to have had carte blanche in carrying out possibly thousands of staged “encounter killings.” (NOTE: Former Director General Punjab Police KPS Gill publicly praised the group, saying the Punjab police could not function without them. End Note.) Herkewaljit Singh told us that Alam was “at the top of the list” in authorizing encounters during the insurgency period”.

For the people of Punjab and especially the Sikhs who were the main targets of human rights abuses at the behest of Mohamed Izhar Sena, his canditure for the forthcoming assembly elections in Punjab has come with a huge shockwave throught all of Punjab. Many Sikh groups and organisation in Punjab have publicly voiced their bemusement and disgust of this move. Anyone accused of mass killings of Sikhs should not be given a ticket to contest elections in Punjab especially when that individual will be standing on behalf of a Sikh political party namely SAD.

In light of the ‘expose’ from wikileaks regarding the Alam Sena which played its part in the staged encounter killings of hundreds if not thousands of Sikh youth in Punjab after 1984, we International Panthic Dal request the Sri Akal Takht Sahib and Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal SAD) to further investigate Mohammed Izhar Alam.

This petition will be handed over to Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib and the Chief Minister of Punjab to highlight the concern and disgust of the Sikh Community around the globe at Mohammed Izhar Alam contesting in the Punjab elections. Also the petition is in support for an independent enquiry into the alleged crimes committed by Mohammed Izhar Alam against Sikhs.

                                       K P S Gill
The Centre's decision to strip police officers convicted of 'moral terpitude' of medals and awards fuelled a demand by an ex-woman IAS officer today that the Padma Shri award be taken back from Punjab's former 'supercop' KPS Gill convicted for molesting her.
Gill was in 1996 found guilty of outraging modesty of Bajaj by a trial court after she complained in 1988 that the police officer "pinched"  her "posterior" at a party where he was alleged to be drunk. He was convicted for outraging the modesty of a lady IAS officer.
He ia also alleged for killing thousands of Sikh youths in Punjab and wiped out a complete Sikh youth generation in Punjab. Jaswant Singh Khalra, a human right's activist collected evidences of more than 25000 Sikh youths killed by Punjab Police under command of KPS Gill.
Supreme Court ordered Punjab govt to pay compensation to the berieved families but these families could not be traced and comepensation were paid to very few people. These families either were killed or disappeared in fear of him but this man was not punished for these killings.
BBC reports that many see Gill as a hero, there are accusations that Gill and the forces under his command were responsible for human rights violations "... in the name of stamping out terrorism.
In May 1988, he commanded Operation Black Thunder to flush out militants hiding in the Golden Temple. Compared to Operation Blue Star, little damage was inflicted on the Golden Temple. In what was reported as a successful operation, around 200 Sikhs surrendered, 41 were killed and 2 committed suicide.
1991 saw the peak of violence in Punjab, with more than 5000 reported killed. In 1992, the Indian government, "intent on retaking Punjab from terrorism", appointed KPS Gill chief of the police in Punjab. The police and army instituted a crackdown, and In 1993, The New York Times reported, the people of Punjab no longer feared the Sikh "rebels or gangs", but instead feared the army and police.
Jaswant Singh Khalra was a human rights activist who was taken into custody by Punjab Police on 6 September 1995. Human Rights Watch reported that a September 11, 1995 writ of habeas corpus from the Supreme Court was presented to DGP Gill, and officials denied that police had detained him. (2005 testimony by Special Police Officer Kuldeep Singh indicated that Gill later visited Khalra in October 1995, a few days before Khalra was killed.)
In 2005, Special Police Officer Kuldeep Singh testified in court that in October 1995, after Khalra had been beaten and tortured, and bore the signs of torture on his body, then-DGP KPS Gill visited Khalra at SSP Ajit Singh Sandhu's home. He further testified that Gill remained with Khalra in the room for "half an hour", that a few days later Khalra was killed, and finally that on the way back to Jhabal police station after disposing of the body, he was told that Khalra could have saved himself if he had listened to the advice of KPS Gill. Human Rights Watch and Ensaaf (another human rights organization focused on Punjab), argue that KPS Gill had knowledge of Khalra's illegal detention, could reasonably have been expected to have knowledge of his torture, and had the authority and responsibility to order Khalra's release, which would have prevented Khalra's death.
On November 18, 2005, six Punjab police officials were convicted and sentenced to seven years imprisonment for Khalra’s abduction and murder. On October 16, 2007, a division bench of Punjab and Haryana High Court chaired by Justices Mehtab Singh Gill and A N Jindal extended the sentence to life imprisonment for four of those convicted: Satnam Singh, Surinder Pal Singh, Jasbir Singh (all former Sub Inspectors) and Prithipal Singh (former Head Constable).
Human Rights Watch noted that one case under investigation in 2007 by India's National Human Rights Commission focused on allegations that "thousands" had been killed and cremated by security forces throughout Punjab.

                                   Sumedh Saini

[Punjab Vigilance Bureau chief Sumedh Saini, who has been accused by many Sikh community members, panthic organizations and people's struggles of being a serial human rights offender]
Saini is accused of human rights violations. He is facing a CBI probe in relation to illegal arrest of some of the accomplices, relatives and father of Khalistan Liberation Force militant Davinder Pal Singh Bhullar. Based on Bhullar's own militant activity related confession, which he alleges that it was forcibly taken by the police during his police custody, he is currently on a death row in India. Case investigation of elimination of Davinder Pal Singh Bhullar's father and accomplices was originally being handled by the local police, but after feeling dis-satisfied from the investigation of Punjab and Chandigarh police and after observing that Saini can influence the case, court had handed over this investigation to the Central bureau of Investigaton.
Preliminary inquiry conducted by the Center Bureau of Investigation, India's federal investigative agency, held Saini responsible for the kidnappings, torture and elimination of two Sikhs Balwant Singh Multani and Balwant Singh Bhullar. Both of these two Sikhs were kept in allegedly illegal custody and 'were tortured on the orders of and in the presence of Saini. Balwant Singh Bhullar was allegedly tortured to such an extent that he lost his mental balance. Balwant Singh Bhullar was father of Davinder Pal Singh Bhullar. The CBI has registered a case of kidnapping and conspiracy with the intent to murder against Saini and three of his police reports.(Souces-wikipedia)
"India owes justice to Prof Bhullar. Because SSP Sumed Singh Saini and his police associates picked up Prof Bhullar’s father Balwant Singh and his mother’s brother-in-law Manjit Singh and clandestinely liquidated them while three others picked up along with his father, were subjected to brutal torture? Out of them, Joginder Singh had become insane, Mohinder Singh’s hips fractured (now cannot properly walk) and Mukhtiar Singh’ legs broken. Indian justice system made mockery of their agony. Thus, justice to them remained elusive since then, while their perpetrators such as Sumed Saini and KPS Gill are being magnified day in, day out by the State. That not only the State had awarded Gold Medals to the killers in uniform of Sikh activists and but also reprieved their sentences."
The above was written in a letter to Shiv Raj Patil, Indian (congress) Minister for Home Affairs.

This man Sita Ram was appointed at Police station Valtoha, distt Amritsar as SHO. He killed two Sikh youths and brought them for Post-Mortem at Patti civil hospital but Doctors were amazed to see one Sikh youth was alive. They immediately started treatment. People when came to know, got assembled at hospital. The family of this Sikh youth was influential and had good links with Comrade Satpal Dang. They had special rights to enjoy but this man reached hospital and tookover the alive Sikh youth, took him outside in fields, killed him and brought back to hospital for Post-Mortem.

There was no one to control on this man as the govt had given him the authority to kill anyone. He retired as SSP.

                                   Gobind Ram

SSP Gobind Ram- His atrocities on poor public can not be described here in words, He was most atrocious man who was blown off by daring Sikhs. If govt. keeps on recruiting such policemen in force, their can never be peace in Punjab or elsewhere in other parts of country.
